Roof Replacement in Cincinnati, OH
Full tear-off to the deck, rotted wood replaced, and a new roof built to current Ohio Residential Code. Most homes are done in one day, cleaned up and photo-documented before we leave.
What's in every Maverick roof
Tear-off to the deck
Every layer of old shingles and underlayment comes off. We don't shingle over problems, because you can't inspect the wood through two roofs.
Rotted decking replaced
Once the roof is open, we walk every slope for soft or rotted wood and replace it before anything new goes down. You get photos of what we found.
Ice & water barrier
Self-sealing barrier at the eaves and in the valleys, where Cincinnati winters push ice and water back under shingles.
Underlayment, drip edge & flashing
Proper underlayment over the whole deck, drip edge at the eaves and rakes, and new flashing at walls, chimneys and pipes. If code requires it, it's in the scope.
Ventilation done right
Old box vents and turbines swapped for balanced intake and ridge ventilation, so the attic stays drier and the shingles last longer.
GAF Certified install
As a GAF Certified Contractor we can register an enhanced GAF system warranty on qualifying full-system installs, backed by the manufacturer and a local crew that answers the phone.

How your replacement goes
01 · Free inspection
We measure every slope, check the decking from the attic and the roof, and send a photo report with a written estimate.
02 · Pick your shingle
Choose your shingle line and color. Ask about Class 4 impact-rated shingles, which many Ohio insurers discount.
03 · Install day
Tear-off, decking repairs, underlayment, flashing, ventilation and shingles, usually in one day. Magnet-swept and cleaned up before we leave, with photos for your file.
Roof replacement questions
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes are torn off and rebuilt in one day, with full cleanup and magnet sweeping before we leave. Larger or steeper roofs, or roofs with a lot of rotted decking, can take longer. We give you the schedule in writing.
How much does a new roof cost in Cincinnati?
It depends on the size and pitch of the roof, how many layers come off, how much decking needs replacing, and the shingle you choose. The inspection and written estimate are free.
What happens if you find rotted wood under the shingles?
Soft or rotted decking is replaced before any new roofing goes on. We photograph it so you can see exactly what was replaced, and your estimate explains how decking is priced before work starts.
Will insurance pay for my new roof?
If your roof has storm damage from hail or wind, your policy may cover replacement. We inspect for free, document the damage with photos and meet your adjuster on the roof. If the claim is approved, you typically pay your deductible.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing is available through GreenSky, including promotional plans. Subject to credit approval.
